Every young person responds differently to life’s challenges. Sometimes big feelings, thoughts, or behaviours begin to impact their daily life, relationships, or sense of self, and it can be hard to know what’s part of growing up and what might need support.
You might notice changes like anxiety, anger, withdrawal, difficulty concentrating, or challenges with sleep, friendships, or school.
With over a decade of experience in child and adolescent mental health and trauma, I work with young people in a way that meets them where they are, developmentally, emotionally, and relationally.
For younger children, this often involves play and creative therapies. For teens, it may include talking, art, movement, or mindfulness, whatever helps them feel safe, understood, and able to express what’s going on.
Therapy offers a space to make sense of their experiences and build the skills to navigate life with more confidence.

The goal isn’t just to help young people get through today, but to give them an experience of therapy they’ll trust enough to return to in the future.
