HOLISTIC
PSYCHOTHERAPY
“We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world."

Holistic Psychotherapy
Life can be a lot to hold — especially when it feels like you’re doing all the “right” things, but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
We go to a mechanic when our car breaks down — but when we start to break down emotionally, do we offer ourselves the same care and support?
Holistic psychotherapy offers a different kind of healing space. While traditional therapy often centers on diagnosing and treating mental illness, holistic psychotherapy sees you as more than a set of symptoms. It’s about understanding the whole of you — past and present, body and mind, emotion and spirit — and creating space for something new to emerge.
We are not just minds with problems to fix. We are layered beings — with histories, habits, emotional patterns, physical sensations, and unmet needs all woven together. When one part of us is out of sync, the rest feels it. This approach helps restore connection between those parts, gently working through the pain while also uncovering your potential for healing, self-trust, and deeper meaning.
This isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about feeling more like yourself.
In our work together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and care — including early experiences that may still be shaping your relationships, choices, and self-worth. We’ll draw from a range of evidence-based and intuitive methods, blending modern psychotherapy with body-based and mindfulness practices to support lasting change.
Holistic psychotherapy honours your pace, your body’s wisdom, and your readiness. It’s a space where all of you is welcome — even the parts that feel too much, too tender, or too stuck.
If you're ready to start moving forward — gently, but deeply — I’d love to work with you.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
“Enter into children’s play and you will find the place where their minds, hearts, and souls meet.”
Toys are their words. Play is their language.

Every young person is unique — and so is the way they respond to life’s challenges. Sometimes, big feelings, thoughts, or behaviours start to interfere with their daily life, relationships, or sense of self. These changes can feel confusing and overwhelming, both for the young person and for those who care about them.

As a parent or caregiver, you might notice your child or teen becoming more anxious, angry, withdrawn, distracted, or struggling with sleep, eating, friendships, or school. It can be hard to know what’s a normal part of growing up — and what might need more support.
With over a decade of experience in child and adolescent mental health and trauma, I work with young people in a way that meets them where they are — developmentally, emotionally, and relationally.

For younger children, this may involve play and creative therapies that help them express what they can’t yet put into words. For teens, it may involve talking, art, movement, or mindfulness — whatever helps them feel safe, seen, and understood. Therapy gives them a space to explore their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and build the tools they need to navigate life more confidently.
